PAYMENTS

Our online store accepts all creditcards. Payments go through a secure are where the cardnumbers are encrypted. As soon as a customer has decided to purchase a product he goes through a locked area where all information about the purchase is ecrypted.

 

TAXES

Please note items sold by iglo+indi are shipped from Iceland which is not part of the EU. Therefore unless otherwise noted, items sold by iglo+indi are subject to sales tax in select states/countries in accordance with the applicable laws of that state/country

 

SECURITY STANDARD

The iglo+indi online store has PCI which is a security standard of international creditcard businesses Visa International and MasterCard International, it is called PCI DSS and stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.  PCI security standard is multifactorial and sets very high security standards that cover all aspects of data security in system operations and operations of businesses that deal with creditcard numbers. The customer can therefore be 100% sure that the information he registers is secure and safe from outside parties.

 

DELIVERY

As soon as you finish your purchase on www.igloindi.com your order is sent to our online store employees that will take care of packing and shipping. The products are shipped via Íslandspóstur. We estimate 3-5 business days for International shipping. Packages are delivered to your door between 5 pm and 10 pm. If no one is available to receive the package, a notification will be left in your name with information on where you can pick up your package.

 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost to all countries is 20 euros.
 

RETURNS

If you need to return a product, you have 30 days to do so. If the product is flawed iglo+indi will pay the shipping cost for the returned product. Sale items cannot be returned after sale has ended but they can be exchanged for another sale item while the sale is still going on.

 

OTHER INFORMATION

iglo+indi reserves the right to cancel orders, for example because of wrong price and to change prices or quit certain products. Please note that price is subject to change.
